About

Sufia Khatun

Founder — Priyomi · Performance marketing & IT infrastructure

“Most marketing in Bangladesh isn't strategy. It's just clicking Boost.” I spent years watching agencies charge real money for that — then in 2021, I stopped asking for room and built Priyomi.

Experience

The path here

  1. Pre-2021

    Strategist

    Various agencies

    • Years inside traditional agencies, watching real money get spent on what was — underneath the invoice — a button click and a prayer.
    • Clients paying for “campaigns” never built on a single real question about who they were trying to reach, or why.
    • Kept finding the actual problem buried under what the client thought they wanted — and hitting a ceiling of permission, not skill.

  2. 2021

    Founder

    Priyomi

    • Stopped asking for room and made my own. Founded Priyomi to execute the right strategy — no permission ceiling.
    • One rule from day one: no boosted posts called strategy. Every engagement starts from the real question, not the assumed one.

  3. 2021 — Now

    Founder, expanded scope

    Priyomi

    • Client results compounded into trust — and trust widened the brief. A relationship that started as “run our ads” grew into managing servers and infrastructure.
    • Became the person clients call for both marketing and IT. Not planned — built, one honest result at a time.

    Building

    EdTech platform

    • The same gap, everywhere: capable people never taught to think in the systems that would let them win.
    • Now finding the real version of that problem — and building the platform that closes it.

Method

How I work

What I enjoy isn't the pitch or the polish — it's the fifteen minutes before either. Most marketing advice is emotional. Mine isn't.

1. Find the unsaid problem

The fifteen minutes before the pitch — sitting with it until the version nobody has said out loud appears.

2. Ammunition, not gut

Reading for ammunition, not credentials. Research, voice-of-customer data, the number under the assumption.

3. Right, with receipts

People return not because I'm inspiring — because I'm right, and I can show my work.

More rigorous in private than persuasive in public. The pitch is the last ten percent — the rest is spreadsheets, customer interviews, and re-reading the brief until what's actually wrong surfaces.
